Joaquín García Martínez (Zurich, 1965), director of the Office of Budgetary Control, is discharged in economics and entrepreneurial for the University Complutense of Madrid.
Of 1990 in 1999 it|he|she was financial and international directive one of Sistecal, company of strategic consulting firm. Of 1999 in 2002 he was founding partner|member and general assistant manager of Tea Cegos Deployment. Of 2002 in 2011 it|he|she was general directive one of the Dragon Group and vice president of the Hut Foundation. Moreover, finally of 2008 he was a president of the Mallorca RCD.
During these two years as a director of the Office of Budgetary Control the reform of the public sector has carried out instruments of the Community. Of the 175 entities that they were part of this sector on starting the legislature it has happened in 71, which one of the major reforms administrative and of optimization of the public sector executed by the Government has meant|supposed of the Balearic Islands.
