The counselor of Health, Family and Social Welfare|Well-Being, Carmen Castro and the dean judge of Palma, Francisco Martínez Espinosa, have signed the Protocol of procedure of the intrajudicial family mediation between both institutions. To|In the signature the director has also assisted general of Social Welfare|Well-Being, Family and Help to the Dependent Persons, Margalida Ferrando.
The Protocol articulates, in a coordinated way, the derivation from cases from the courts that they know of processes of family to|in the programs of family mediation of the General Direction of Family, Social Welfare|Well-Being and Attention to Persons in Special Situation.
The family mediation is a method of peaceful management|formality of conflicts that he|she|it intends to avoid that judicial processes are opened, to finish those that have started or to reduce the scope, through the assistance of qualified professionals, impartial and neutral that they act|make as mediators or mediators among|between the subjects, to attain possible ways|railways of dialog and to obtain fair, long-lasting and stable agreements.
