The economic vice president listens to the restlessness and proposals of improvement of the representatives of the jewelry, the footwear and the small trade of Menorca

The vice president economic|economical, of Entrepreneurial Promotion and of Employment|Occupation, Josep Ignasi Aguiló, accompanied by the general director of Trade and Company, César Pacheco, has met today representatives of the sectors of the jewelry, the footwear and the small trade of Menorca to know its|his|her|their needs of first hand and restlessness. This visit and the meetings|encounters are set|framed in the policy|politics of the Government of keeping a dialog constant with the col•lectius that have incidence in the economy|economics and have as an objective to become interested in the situation of the productive sectors of all Islands.

In first place, the vice president has met the president and the insular counselor of Economy|Economics, Environment and Hunting, Santiago Tadeo and Fernando Villalonga, respectively.

Later has mantengut found individual with representatives of the Entrepreneurial Association of the Trade of Menorca (Ascome), of the Spanish Association of Manufacturers exporting of Bijuteria and Acessoris (Sebime) and of the Technological Institute|High School of the Jewelry (ITEB), as well as of the Association of Footwear Manufacturers of Menorca.

Through these contacts, the vice president has been able to know the opinions of the agents of the island about the economic|economical situation of Menorca and collect its|his|her|their proposals of improvement for each of the specific sectors.

The program of the vice president in Menorca will continue to|in five of the evening with a visit to the factory of footwear Santiago Pons Quintana in Alaior and to|in the seven with an itinerary for the commercial streets Maó.
