New presentation d’una undertaken of telecommunications that indefinite work will give to 250 persons

This new company, which was put into operation two months ago, has already made 175 contracts indefinite and he|she|it foresees the recruitment of 75 persons more even in the month of October. The Service of Employment|Occupation of the Balearic Islands (SOIB) has collaborated with CCES 24 in the area of the work intermediation and the human resources|appeals and the necessary instal•lacions to speed up putting to its|his|her|their disposal|disposition since the first moment the selection process of the staff|template of workers.

CCES 24 dedicates itself|himself|herself to the telephonic attention and resolution of doubts in subjects related with the new technologies and the communications. After carrying out a study of market, the company opted to settle|install in Mallorca, the study then showed that the profile of the workers of the island is the one adapted to cover the needs of this company. The workers of CCES 24 have to have a directed profile to|in the service industry, to|in the attention to the customer and with domain|command of languages|tongues.

Thus, the SOIB looked for this profile among|between the prosecutors of work and informed them of the existence of the offer. Of the 780 contacted persons, 300 showed interest on receiving more information and, of these, 180 happened in the rounds of interviews organized by the company. At present, CCES 24 has hired 89 persons preselected by the SOIB and some of them already do work there, while the rest|subtraction is found in the period of formation|training that carries out the same company.
