The Hotel Barceló Formentor accommodates an exhibition|exposure homage to the artist Josep Coll Bardolet, organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities and the Cultural Foundation Coll Bardolet. With this sample|exhibition it is intended to make Bardolet a homage on my shoulder, on the occasion of the celebration of the centenary of the birth of the artist from Gerona and distinguished son of Valldemossa.

The exposed works are a selection of its|his|her|their works of Majorcan subject matter and of traditional dances. Moreover, the organizers of the exhibition|exposure have wanted to show the landscape facet of the artist with some works that they show the north of the island, including representations of the bay of Pollença, the alcudienc field and, even, a drawing on Formentor that served as model for the elaboration|dressmaking of some postcards. 

The sample|exhibition will remain open to the public even at the end of September, coinciding with the celebration of the Literary Conversations in Formentor 2012, which are celebrated on the 14, 15 and 16 of the same month in the Hotel Barceló Formentor.
